Hernando County Homesteading is a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing ideas and knowledge about homesteading.

Advocacy, Education, and Awareness for healthier lifestyles through homesteading practices. We believe that by changing our habits, upcycling, protecting our families and property, growing food, trading goods, raising livestock, and practicing pioneer techniques, we can all do our part to lessen the environmental and economic impacts of our consumption on our families and communities.
