Miss Hernando Queen DBA: Hernando Hispanic Heritage

Founded in 2012, Hernando Hispanic Heritage is a volunteer-driven nonprofit serving Hernando County and surrounding communities. We believe culture is something to be celebrated, shared, and experienced by everyone. Our organization promotes diversity, inclusion, education, and community collaboration through cultural events, music, art, literature, food, and service. Guided by our commitment to “Salt & Light,” we strive to inspire future leaders, strengthen families, and create opportunities that honor our heritage while building a more connected and compassionate community.

Hernando Hispanic Heritage (HHH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating, preserving, and sharing Hispanic culture while strengthening our entire community through education, leadership, service, and the arts. We host cultural events, educational workshops, youth leadership development, scholarships, volunteer opportunities, and community outreach programs that bring people of all backgrounds together. Through initiatives like our Young Leaders Program, we empower youth with life skills, cultural pride, civic engagement, entrepreneurship, and mentorship while fostering meaningful connections across generations.
