Get involved with United Way of Hernando County during their 5 DAYS OF CARING
Volunteer for Week #2 and help sort, count, and distribute thousands of pounds of food for people in need!

Volunteers will sort, count, and help distribute the food collected "GIVE THANKS, GIVE FOOD" drive.
- The following pantries and shelters in Hernando County will benefit from this initiative: Dawn Center (Domestic Violence Shelter), St. Vincent de Paul (Food Pantry), People Helping People (Weekend Blessing Program), Youth & Family Alternatives (New Beginnings Youth Shelter), and Mid Florida Homeless Coalition (Diversion and outreach efforts).
- Volunteers must wear closed toe shoes.
- We will be meeting at the United Way office to load up items as early as 8:00AM (4028 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL) but will be sorting at Win the Day Foundation (392 Beverly Court, Spring Hill, FL 34606)
